Ad Operations Campaign Team Lead

About You

Jirnexu is looking for an experienced campaign manager to provide strategic and executional leadership in marketing operations and client management.

If you're the right candidate you'll be in possession of a fine creative mind, blessed with an uncanny ability to organize projects and meet deadlines, and naturally at ease managing cross-functional teams by influence alone.

You will help drive the company’s production and operations, using your initiative and creativity to support the expansion of our advertising solutions business across Malaysia. You will work directly with marketing, product, and sales to drive acquisition and engagement and grow loyalty and awareness for clients & partners.

Your Day-to-Day

• Design, develop, and deliver digital marketing campaigns
• Drive sales, creative, marketing, and content teams to define campaign objectives
• Direct product, social media, SEM and call centre activity to deliver campaign objectives
• Monitor campaigns, analysing and adjusting to improve performance
• Write, edit and proofread copy for all promotional materials
• Ensure brand values are adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels
• Deliver regular reports including web analytics and evaluation of KPIs
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
• Capture client requirements and determine campaign direction
• Manage client’s enquiries and deliver performance reports
• Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of all marketing materials
• Proactively provide ideas and collaborate on best practice
• Provide performance data, case studies, and general reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and issues

Your Know-How

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications
• 8 Years of digital marketing knowledge and experience
• Strong project management and execution abilities
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully multitask
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
• Highly meticulous, obsessed with customer satisfaction
• Ability to influence and engage peers and build effective work relationships
• Self-reliant, good problem solver, results-oriented
• Self-motivated with an ability to thrive under pressure
• Able to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature, achieving both time and budgetary deadlines
• Advertising & digital marketing domain expert desirable, including concepts, processes and procedures
• Creative and analytical thinker, data-driven, and at home working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Diplomat-level people management skills, ability to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
