Jirnexu is hiring an Advertising Operations Executive to run paid media campaigns across RinggitPlus and CompareHero, Malaysia's two leading financial comparison marketplaces.
You will work directly with the Digital Performance Marketing Lead, running Google and Meta campaigns day to day, keeping tracking clean, and using AI tools to move faster and produce better work. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the craft of running ads well.

What You'll Do
• Set up, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, PMAX, Display, and YouTube
• Set up, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Monitor spend, pacing, and performance every day, and take tactical optimisation actions
• QA all tracking before campaigns go live, UTMs, pixels, Conversions API events, and Offline Conversion Tracking
• Produce ad copy, creative variants, and reporting summaries using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear written insights, not just screenshots
• Collaborate with content, creative, product, and data teams on assets, landing pages, and measurement
• Keep a library of performing and retired creative, with reasons logged
• Flag anomalies and opportunities to the Digital Performance Marketing Lead quickly
• Run a steady testing roadmap, launching experiments and documenting results
What You Have
• 2-4 years of hands-on digital advertising experience, agency or client side
• Working competence in Google Ads and Meta Ads, both platforms, not one or the other
• GA4 reporting fluency, able to pull and interpret data without hand-holding
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for budget tracking and reporting
• Active daily use of AI tools in your work, with concrete examples you can walk through
• Familiarity with Google Performance Max and Meta Advantage+ products
• A clean approach to tracking, UTMs, pixel diagnostics, and tag hygiene

• Organised, you run multiple campaigns across two properties without things slipping
• Detail-obsessed, you would rather spend ten extra minutes on QA than clean up a week of bad data
• Curious about the numbers, you want to know why something worked, not just that it did
• Fast without being sloppy, agency pace is fine, shortcuts are not
• Low ego, high output, you speak up early when something looks wrong
• Experimental, you treat AI as a working tool rather than a novelty
Nice To Have
• Google Tag Manager and event tracking setup experience
• Offline Conversion Tracking hands-on experience
• TikTok Ads Manager
• Looker Studio or equivalent reporting tools
• Fintech, financial services, or ecommerce background
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
