RinggitPlus is embarking on an ambitious initiative to realise our vision of helping Malaysians make smarter financial decisions. RinggitPlus will soon offer its suite of financial product pages, application process flow, and informative content on the Blog in our national language, Bahasa Malaysia.

As the Content Creator (Bahasa Malaysia), you’ll be playing a key role in various content-related tasks in the RinggitPlus BM initiative, ensuring that they are delivered accurately and within the stipulated time frame.

What You'll Do

• Work with the BM Content Lead in the development of Malay language content, including but not limited to the translation and creation of new and existing product pages, chatbot flow, blog articles, social posts, and video scripts.
• Ensure factual accuracy and adherence to the RinggitPlus brand voice in all content output.
• Assist with the BM Content Lead in the ideation process, in line with the content strategy and content calendar.
• Optimise BM Content with SEO best practices.
• Assist with the implementation of SEO strategies and plans for site optimisation.
• Support banking campaigns via BM content.
• Assist in generating WIP reports at regular intervals to track the progress and performance of RinggitPlus BM content.

Who You Are

• 3 years of relevant experience in editorial, digital marketing, content creation, PR, and/or communications.
• Native command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, with high proficiency in English.
• Comfortable in multi-format content production, behind and in front of the camera.
• Understand basic SEO practices and experience in SEO implementation.
• Experience working with WordPress and other first-party CMS.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
