The Opportunity

Working in a hybrid arrangement (1-2 days in office, rest remote), you'll take ownership of our CRM strategies across multiple channels, with the freedom to experiment, learn, and drive meaningful improvements in how we communicate with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop, and execute direct marketing campaigns that actually deliver results
• Plan workflow and optimisation based on performance and user behaviour - constantly looking for what works and what doesn't
• Increase retention and engagement rates and decrease unsubscribe rates through creative approaches
• Use data to drive experiments and improve performance - we're obsessed with metrics that matter
• Identify both broad and forensic target audiences and tailor content to them
• Continuously iterate templates using advanced platform features
• Track and communicate results, success metrics and recommendations for improvement
• Explore and implement cutting-edge approaches including AI tools, workflow automation, and hyperpersonalisation
• Ensure messaging follows industry policies and best practice
• Work closely with cross-functional teams - you'll be a team of one working with at least five other teams

What You Have

• Minimum two-years work experience in online marketing, ideally with CRM, email marketing or database marketing experience
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and a hunger to learn more
• Excellent organisation and time management skills - you'll be juggling multiple campaigns with shifting priorities
• Insane attention to detail - this is where the Devil lives, and one small mistake can have massive impact
• Annoyingly strong interest in learning and genuine curiosity about what works, what doesn't, and why
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Damn good written English and the courage to use the vernacular
• Great sense of humour - we don't take ourselves too seriously, but we take our work very seriously
