Jirnexu is searching for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for improving customer service and provide feedback to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer service.

Your Know-How

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
