Customer Support Officer


About You

RinggitPlus is looking for an engaging, energetic, and thoughtful person to manage customer questions and comments on social media and answer inquiries via email and live chat.

Speaking as the voice of our brand at the very pointy end you’ll need to be a committed consumer champion, prepared to go the extra mile to make sure Malaysians get what they need from RinggitPlus.

You’ll need a strong customer service background and a good understanding of how to communicate with happy (and less happy) customers in multiple channels.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Respond quickly and professionally to customers via social media, email and chat
  • Resolve customer questions and respond to ratings and reviews of our products
  • Become proficient in use of our company’s tools and resources
  • Celebrate our successes and apologise for our mistakes, sincerely
  • Ensure RinggitPlus brand values are maintained and exceeded
  • Give brutally honest feedback and work with our teams to improve the RinggitPlus customer experience

Your Know How

  • At least one year of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written English, more languages the better
  • Professional email and chat etiquette
  • Social Media know-how
  • Excellent creative problem-solving ability
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Common sense, good judgement, and empathy
  • Healthy respect for privacy and confidentiality
  • Great sense of humour and moral compass
  • Open to non degree holders
