You'll manage performance across established platforms whilst pioneering new channels that others haven't even considered yet.

In this role, you’ll manage multi-million-ringgit budgets, lead a team of channel specialists, and deliver growth across proven platforms while testing and scaling exciting new channels.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Budget Management
- Own digital marketing budgets exceeding RM1 million monthly, making investment decisions that directly impact company growth
- Drive data-centric digital marketing strategy, continuously improving performance and maximising revenue whilst reducing acquisition costs
- Create predictive models for budget allocation across channels, using analytics to stay ahead of market shifts
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead a specialist team of three performance marketers: Google SEM expert, Facebook/Instagram specialist, and CRM marketer
- Set clear objectives and career development paths for each team member
- Foster a "test, measure and learn" culture, encouraging experimentation and knowledge sharing
Platform Mastery & Innovation
- Direct Google Ads ecosystem (Search, PMAX, Display, YouTube) strategy and execution
- Oversee Facebook and Instagram advertising, including advanced audience segmentation and creative testing
- Pioneer emerging channels: TikTok Ads, affiliate networks, and influencer partnerships
- Experiment with cutting-edge formats like shoppable posts, augmented reality ads, and interactive video content
Performance Optimisation
- Implement sophisticated attribution models across all touchpoints
- Run multivariate testing across channels, creative formats, and audience segments
- Develop advanced remarketing strategies and cross-platform customer journey optimisation
- Create custom audiences and lookalike segments using first-party data
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with sales and business teams to understand client goals and translate them into performance campaigns
- Collaborate with data and technology teams to embed attribution methodologies within campaign optimisation
- Provide detailed performance reporting with actionable insights for senior management
- Act as internal evangelist for marketing technology, keeping teams ahead of industry trends
What You Have
- 8+ years in digital performance marketing with ownership of RM500k+ monthly budgets
- Expert in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and analytics platforms, with proven results in competitive online industries
- Skilled in GA4, Tag Manager, attribution modelling, and data analysis (SQL a plus)
- Hands-on with emerging platforms, programmatic, affiliates, and influencer marketing
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and performance
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration
- Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Customer-first mindset, curious about new tech, and strong communicator who turns data into action
- Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop specialist marketing talent
- Customer-obsessed mindset with every decision considered through the customer lens
- Natural curiosity about marketing technology and consumer behaviour
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex data insights
