We are looking for a proactive Junior Talent Acquisition (Telemarketing) to support our growing telesales team. This role focuses on sourcing and onboarding candidates for telesales roles, especially within a fast-paced call center environment.

What You'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment journey for our RinggitPlus call center from the first "Hello" to a successful Day 1.

• Don't just post and pray; hunt for high-caliber talent across social media, personal networks, and top job portals like SEEK and Indeed.

• Architect and maintain a high-velocity pipeline of telemarketing superstars so we’re always ready to scale.

• Work hand-in-hand with Team Leaders to ensure every new hire transitions smoothly from "interview" to "hitting the floor".

• Beyond just hiring, you’ll play a key role in onboarding and retention strategies.

• Stay on top of your game by maintaining real-time recruitment trackers and performance reports.

• Flex your organizational muscles by leading bulk-hiring activities to meet our 2026 BP expansion goals.

What You Have

• At least 1 year of solid experience in high-volume recruitment specifically within the Call Center or Contact Center industry.

• You are a result-oriented individual who is hungry for success and thrives under the healthy pressure of hitting headcount targets.

• You have the self-discipline and energy to conduct high-velocity phone screenings every single day to ensure a minimum of 30 interview turn-ups per month.

• You are an exceptional persuasive speaker in capable of "selling" a career to passive candidates.

• You are savvy in job portal and know how to navigate social media platforms and job portals (like SEEK/Indeed) to find hidden talent.

• A positive attitude and the adaptability to navigate a fast-paced environment where hiring needs can evolve quickly.
