We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.
- Create prospecting strategies to identify, qualify, and secure new clients
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue targets
- Deliver solution sales in person or via video call
- Rapidly transit clients through the sales process and close them
- Maintain deep market knowledge of clients and competitors, and industry trends
- Provide progress reporting, delivering transparency in success and failure
- Give rapid feedback to all teams, be accessible, and participate proactively
- Act as a spokesperson for RinggitPlus at relevant industry events
Your Know How
- Minimum of 3 years key account management experience in the digital advertising industry
- Strong record of sales performance and a great client network waiting to hear from you
- Knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, market trends, pricing models, and client buying and budgeting patterns
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Business Tools (Gmail, Drive, etc.) know how
- Strong understanding of other media advertising is an advantage
- Responsive, reliable, and results oriented
- Natural ability to influence clients and colleagues
- Able to identify and define problems, and recommend solutions
- Reliable, sociable, brave, and resourceful
- Great sense of humour
- Fluent in written and spoken English
