About The Role

We are looking for a versatile, "social-first" creator to lead our content charge across three distinct business units: Jirnexu Digital Solutions (JDS), Banking, and Editorial. This isn't just a posting role; it is about building a community of financially savvy Malaysians through native, high-energy video and visual content.

You will be the voice of the masses, helping Malaysians make smarter financial decisions by turning tricky finance topics into relatable, viral-ready content. Your work won’t just inform, it will engage, entertain, and empower.

Responsibilities

● You’ll own the content by running end-to-end social content creation from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. This is a hands-on creator role with real visibility, not just scheduling posts. ● Lead production across three key vertical with a high-volume cadence:

  • Banking: Produce weekly video content due every first day of the working week.
  • Editorial: Create daily visuals and up to three weekly videos based on education or trending news.
  • JDS: Execute both organic and sponsored social videos. ● Ride trends strategically by successfully adapt at least two viral sounds or formats per month to keep the brand relevant. ● You’ll bring Ringgitplus brand to life, seamlessly switching between a corporate tone for JDS and a casual, relatable style for the general audience. ● You’ll dig into Meta Business Suite and TikTok Studio, pulling performance insights, spotting patterns, and contributing ad-hoc analysis and competitor observations to sharpen future content. ● Ad-hoc Coverage: Shoot, edit, and post content "on the fly" for live events and support the team during peak periods like Budget Season or Income Tax Season.

Requirements

● You’ve spent at least 2 years creating real content in the real world (Bachelor’s or diploma required — no exceptions). Bonus points if you’ve been in digital media, ad agencies, or fintech. ● Power user of Canva and CapCut with strong short-form video skills (strong hooks, smooth transitions, and pacing that keeps people watching till the end.

  • Proficiency with AI tools (Gemini/ChatGPT) to sharpen scripts, brainstorm ideas, and prompt visuals (you work smart, not hard).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) is a significant advantage. ● You write native-level English and can casually switch into Bahasa Malaysia / Manglish when the moment calls for it. Your tone is human, not textbook. ● Comfortable appearing on camera and performing voiceovers, not camera-shy. ● Mentally, you’re a pragmatic perfectionist; you know when to polish and when to ship. “Done & effective” beats “perfect but late. ● High accountability and the ability to produce up to four pieces of content daily with minimal supervision ● Dealbreakers (yes, these matter):
  • You must share a video portfolio of content you personally scripted and edited.
  • You can write like a native social creator. Definitely no stiff, corporate, or academic vibes.
