The process for each product may vary depending on the bank. Once you have applied for a credit card or personal loan, you will receive a “welcome email” that includes further instructions to complete your application with the respective bank. If the email is not found in your primary inbox, please check your promotions/spam inbox.

The bank reviews the application status for every credit card/personal loan. RinggitPlus is not involved in this process. The application status is solely based on the financial institution's discretion. You may call the respective Bank to check your application status.

Step 1 – Check your email for the gift redemption code

We will send you an email with a dedicated gift redemption code that you can use to redeem your gift. This email will be sent within 2 months from the date of meeting the eligibility criteria

Step 2 – Claim your gift

Complete your gift redemption by filling out this form using the redemption code provided. Once we have received your completed form, our fulfilment team will proceed to process your redemption and arrange for delivery

Step 3 – Get your gift delivered to your doorstep

Gifts will be shipped to you within 28 working days. We will also send an email with shipping details and tracking information. If you do not receive your gift after 28 working days, email us at [email protected]

Once your credit card application has been approved, make sure you have fulfilled the gift eligibility criteria from our Terms and Conditions. Each bank will send RinggitPlus a list of approved applications that have met our gift redemption requirements. From there, we will send a Rewards Redemption form and a unique code to you via your registered email or mobile number. This process takes an average of 60 working days.

You will receive an email with details of the Reward Redemption within 60 working days from the date of meeting your eligibility criteria. If you did not receive your Reward Redemption email within this period, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

You can email us at [email protected] with the following information: 

  1. Your full name 
  2. When was your card approved?
  3. When was your card activated?
  4. When did you meet the required retail spend? 

We’ll use this information to help you check the progress of your eligibility with the bank.
