Understanding the process to report a claim is as important as knowing your policy coverage. Get yourself familiarised with the process to avoid doing unnecessary work!
With the help of Prudential medical card, you can enjoy effortless admission at any panel hospital. All you got to do is present it upon hospitalisation and sign a Declaration & Authorisation form.
If your medical card is not with you, give your IC number to the hospital attendant and they'll have your policy verified in no time!
Depending on the hospital, you may or may not be required to pay a deposit to cover for non-medical items throughout the course of your admission.
Once you're back on your feet and ready to go, sign on the final bill and pay off any excess and fees that are not covered by your policy.
Don't forget about your deposit! Any balance will refunded to you at the point of discharge.
Your medical card is not applicable in this situation but not worry, just pay first and claim later.
