How can I check my application status?
Your credit card application is reviewed by the participating bank, so you'll need to contact the bank directly for the latest application status. You can find the relevant contact details in your application confirmation email or on the bank's official website.
If your credit card has already been approved and you're checking on your sign-up gift instead, email [email protected] with your application details.
I’ve received my credit card, but I’m still waiting for my reward. What should I do?
Your reward isn't issued immediately after your credit card is approved. Before RinggitPlus can issue your reward, the participating bank needs to confirm which customers have successfully met the promotion requirements.
Please allow up to 60 days from your credit card approval date, or from the date you completed the RinggitPlus Rewards Redemption Form (whichever is later), for your redemption email or reward to arrive.
If you haven't received your redemption email, check your inbox and spam folder first. If more than 60 days have passed, email [email protected] with your application details and we'll investigate your redemption status.
What is my unique ID?
Your unique ID is the reference code included in your RinggitPlus redemption email. It's used to identify your reward redemption and is required when completing the RinggitPlus Rewards Redemption Form.
If you can't find your redemption email, contact [email protected] and include your name and the credit card you applied for.
How do I know if I've completed the Rewards Redemption Form?
Open the redemption link in your RinggitPlus redemption email.
If you've already submitted the form, you'll see a confirmation message. If the form opens instead, it means your submission hasn't been completed.
If you're still unsure, email [email protected] with your unique ID and we'll check your submission status.
I’ve completed the Rewards Redemption Form. When will I receive my reward?
Rewards are delivered according to the reward type and campaign timeline.

How do I update my delivery address?
If your reward hasn't been dispatched, email [email protected] with your unique ID and your updated delivery address as soon as possible.
Once your reward has been handed over for delivery, we won't be able to change the delivery address.
What counts as retail spending?
Eligible retail spending is determined by the participating bank and may differ between promotions.
Everyday purchases such as groceries, dining, petrol, online shopping, utilities, standing instructions, auto-billing, insurance or takaful payments, and selected e-wallet top-ups are commonly included. Transactions such as cash advances, balance transfers, Easy Payment Plan (EPP) conversions, interest charges, annual fees, government payments and charity donations are generally excluded.

Can I change my reward?
No. Rewards can't be exchanged, substituted or transferred.
Your reward is based on the promotion available when you submitted your credit card application. For lucky draw campaigns, customers who aren't selected for the grand prize may still receive the guaranteed reward if they've fulfilled the promotion requirements.
Why wasn't I selected for a flash deal?
Flash deal promotions have limited winners and additional eligibility criteria.
If you weren't selected, it may be because your application wasn't approved within the campaign period, you didn't meet the minimum spending requirement, you weren't eligible as a new-to-bank customer, or you weren't selected during the lucky draw process.

Does RinggitPlus collect my personal information during the application process?
Yes. RinggitPlus collects the information needed to administer the promotion and verify reward eligibility.
This includes details such as your name, email address, application reference number, application date and the credit card you applied for. Supporting documents, income information and identification details are collected directly by the participating bank as part of your credit card application.
