We’ve reached the third week of RinggitPlus’ Unbox This Week Campaign in April, and the prizes keep getting bigger!

Unbox This Week is a weekly campaign where we highlight special flash deals offered by our featured banks. Simply apply for credit cards offered by these banks via RinggitPlus and you’ll be in the running for these great prizes. 

This week (19 April – 26 April) the featured banks are Citibank, Standard Chartered, and HSBC  — if you’ve considered applying for a credit card with any of these banks, make the most out of your application and check out the rewards they’re offering below.

Citibank: Apple iPhone 12 Pro

An apple a day keeps the doctor away — well, what about the effect of an Apple iPhone 12 Pro? Apply, get approved, and spend with selected Citibank credit cards and you could be one of ten winners of a brand new Apple iPhone 12 Pro.

And that’s not all! As of 22 April 2021, the gift pool just got bigger with another 10 units of Apple iPad Pro up for grabs. These gifts will be awarded to the subsequent 10 randomly selected successful applicants. 

For applicants who don’t win an Apple iPhone 12 Pro, you’ll still receive an exciting bundle gift of Redmi Airdots Earbuds and Haylou LS02 Smartwatch. 

That’s three tiers of gifts just for Citibank: 10 randomly selected successful applicants get an Apple iPhone 12 Pro, subsequent 10 randomly selected successful applicants get an iPad Pro, and all other successful applicants go home with a bundle gift of Redmi Airdots Earbuds and Haylou LS02 Smartwatch. Even if you’ve already applied since Monday (19 April) you’ll still be in the running to win any of the above prizes. 

This week’s flash deal ends on 26 April so be sure to apply before then. Upon gaining approval, activate and spend a minimum of eight retail transactions on your new card to be eligible for the prize. Once the bank has confirmed your eligibility with us, you’ll receive instructions from us via email on how you can claim your gift.

Take note, though, that current cardmembers and individuals who have cancelled their Citibank credit cards within a year prior to this campaign do not qualify for this promotion. Otherwise, those who wish to apply for their new Citi credit cards can head on over here to do so.

Standard Chartered: JBL Tune Earbuds

Score a pair of JBL Tune Earbuds worth RM599 when you apply and get approved for selected Standard Chartered credit cards.  

While this gift is guaranteed for ALL approved applicants, you’ll still need to activate your card within 30 days upon approval, in order to be eligible for this prize.

Lastly, be aware that existing cardholders and individuals who have held a Standard Chartered credit card in the past six months are not eligible for this campaign. If you qualify, then you can apply for your new Standard Chartered credit card here.

HSBC: Samsung S21 Ultra

Concluding our trio of featured banks this week is HSBC Bank by gifting a sleek, new Samsung S21 Ultra smartphone to ten randomly selected successful applicants.

Other successful applicants are not left behind as you’ll still go home with a dust-busting Pensonic PVC-1000H Vacuum Cleaner.

Apply for selected HSBC credit cards through RinggitPlus, activate the card, and spend a minimum of RM1,000 on your new card within 60 days upon gaining approval to take home your gift.

Just remember that current cardholders and applicants who were denied within six months prior to this campaign, as well as those who have cancelled their HSBC credit cards within three months prior to this campaign are not eligible for our campaign.
