Ready to get started? This card is available to anyone aged 18 years and above who maintains a Current Account-i or Savings Account-i with HLISB. You can open an account online if you are a Malaysian citizen with an NRIC aged 18 and above.
What Are The Fees That I Need To Pay?

- Issuance Fee: RM8.00 per card.
- Annual Fee: RM8.00 per card.
- Replacement Fee (Lost/Stolen/Damaged): RM18.00 per card.
- Domestic ATM Withdrawal: RM1.00 per transaction at other banks' ATMs (HLISB/HLB ATMs are free).
- Overseas ATM Withdrawal (Mastercard/Visa): RM12.00 per transaction (from Ringgit Malaysia balance).
What Is The Required Documents To Apply for This Debit Card?
Getting your card is simple! If you apply at a branch, you will need to produce your MyKad/passport for verification and open a Current Account-i or Savings Account-i.
