How do I add money into my Kwik account?
There are a few ways, but they're all easy:
- Using CIMB Clicks fund transfer from your current or savings account
- If you're an account holder from another bank, you can trasnsfer money via FPX - that's fancy for tranferring money from one bank to another online!
- Interbank transfer ( IBG) - remember to select "credit card' as payment type
- If you're "rajin", go to your nearest CIMB branch and use the cash deposit machine.
How can I be eligible to open this account?
You will be eligible as long as you're at least 18 years old with an activate Malaysian mobile number and home address. Joint account is currently not available.
Is there any transaction or withdrawal limits?
Yes, there is. Transactions are capped at RM4,999 including for fund transfers, bill payments, remittance, and online purchases. On the other hand, ATM withdrawal is limited to RM4,990 and the maximum mobile phone prepaid reload is up to RM500.
How much is the price of a Kwik debit card?
If you want to a physical debit card, you need to apply and pay a RM10 fee.
