UOB Malaysia Updates PRVI Miles Elite Card With Revised Rewards And Travel Benefits
Author Avatar

United Overseas Bank (UOB) Malaysia has announced updates to its PRVI Miles Elite Card, introducing changes to its rewards structure and travel benefits.

Overseas spending now offers higher rewards, with cardholders earning up to 12X UNIRM points on Regional Spend, which refers to transactions conducted in Singapore Dollars, Thai Baht, Vietnamese Dong, and Indonesian Rupiah. For Regional Spend, cardholders will earn 12X UNIRM per RM1, while transactions made in other foreign currencies will earn 10X UNIRM per RM1.

Additionally, complimentary access to the Plaza Premium Lounge at Changi Airport in Singapore has been discontinued, reflecting adjustments to the card’s travel privileges.

For Agoda bookings, the rewards system has been simplified to reflect air miles directly. Bookings made through the dedicated UOB-Agoda portal at agoda.com/myPRVImiles will earn 2.4 air miles for every RM1 spent in Regional Spend currencies. For bookings in other foreign currencies, cardholders will earn 2.25 air miles per RM1, while bookings in Ringgit Malaysia will earn 1.5 air miles per RM1. These changes provide the same value as the previous 17X UNIRM points system but present the rewards in a travel-focused format for easier redemption.

For full details on the UOB PRVI Miles Elite Card and the updated benefits, cardholders are encouraged to visit the official UOB Malaysia website.
