UOB Replaces Airport Limo With Grab for Premium Cardholders
Author Avatar

UOB will replace the Complimentary Ride Home Programme via Airport Limo with the Grab Ride Home Programme for both UOB Zenith and UOB PRVI Miles Elite Cardmembers. The existing Airport Limo service, redeemable at the Airport Limo Booth in KLIA Terminal 1, will remain available until 15 May 2025.

Starting 16 May 2025, cardmembers must redeem their complimentary airport ride home through the Grab app using designated promo codes.

For UOB Zenith Cardmembers, the Grab voucher code is UOBKLIA. Each redemption is capped at RM180, and any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the UOB Zenith Card. Redemptions are limited to two per card, per month, and are subject to the completion of a minimum of three overseas transactions within the past 45 days.

For UOB PRVI Miles Elite Cardmembers, the Grab voucher code is UOBKLIA80. Each redemption is capped at RM80, with any excess fare charged to the UOB PRVI Miles Elite Card. As with the Zenith Card, redemptions are limited to two per card, per month, and require a minimum of three overseas transactions in the preceding 45 days.

Further details and the updated terms and conditions are available through the official UOB channels.

Can Ride home from KLIA 2 ?

As an existing client, I find this change to be a significant step backward. Previously, we enjoyed unlimited redemptions per month with the same three minimum overseas transactions. We were assured the benefit would remain identical despite the provider change, but clearly, existing clients are now at a disadvantage.

Best decision made ever by UOB. Airport taxi services were terrible, customer service was bad, cockroach found in the car, force to upgrade to premium car with luggages limitation otherwise waiting time 1 hour for budget car.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! Sounds like the experience didn’t meet expectations, and that can definitely be disappointing. We’re hopeful that future benefits will offer a smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone.
