Maybank is currently running an extremely limited time promotion in conjunction with its 40^th Maybank Cards Anniversary, where chosen cardmembers are rewarded with 40x bonus points for every RM1 spent. Ongoing until 10am on 17 December (that’s tomorrow!), you can tap into this deal by making purchases from any retail or online merchants on valid Maybank cards.

Open only all Maybank and Maybank Islamic credit cardholders (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express credit or charge cards), the bank also clarified that this deal is applicable for both local and international retail purchases. However, transactions such as insurance, utilities, government-related payments, EzyPay plans, and cash advances are excluded.

Maybank will use a randomiser programme to select a total of 4,000 winners from the pool of eligible transactions. Note as well that each winner can only win up to 4 million points per person, which means that you can earn bonus 40x points for up to RM100,000 of expenses if you are chosen as one of the winners.
