Author Avatar

Citi is once again offering another round of e-wallet reload promos as part of its 10.10 Deals, in conjunction with various other upcoming 10.10 sale events that will also be happening soon. Valid only on 10 October 2022, these e-wallet reload promos will allow Citi credit cardholders to earn various rewards in the form of cashback, rewards points, or vouchers when they top up a specified minimum amount into selected e-wallets.

Here are the full details of these promos for the five participating e-wallets:

Boost

7,000 Boost Stars (minimum top-up RM300)

Earn 7,000 Boost Stars (worth RM18) when you use your Citi credit card to top up a minimum of RM300 into your Boost e-wallet. Offered on a first-come first-served basis, it is capped at a maximum of 600 redemptions – with each cardholder only allowed to redeem it once.

Eligible cardholders who do win will receive their Boost Stars reward in their BoostUP account by 30 October 2022.

GrabPay

RM30 GrabFood voucher (minimum top-up RM500)

Citi cardholders who reload at least RM500 into their GrabPay will earn themselves a GrabFood voucher worth RM30. Limited to only one redemption per cardholder, this promo is capped at 600 redemptions on a first-come first-served basis.

Note that the GrabPay voucher has a validity period of 45 days from its issuance date. Additionally, you can only redeem it if you pay for your purchases using Citi cards, GrabPay, or PayLater by Grab.

Lazada Wallet

RM18 cashback (minimum top-up RM200)

The first 800 Citi credit cardholders who top up a minimum of RM200 into their Lazada Wallet using their cards will earn themselves a cashback reward of RM18. The amount will be credited into their accounts within 30 days from the date of the successful transaction.

To use the RM18 cashback reward, you will need to activate and select Lazada Wallet as the payment option for your purchases on the e-commerce platform. Do also be aware that the reward has a validity period of 30 days, so make sure to use it before the deadline.

ShopeePay

RM18 cashback (minimum top-up RM200)

Earn RM18 cashback when you reload a minimum of RM200 into your ShopeePay using your Citi credit cards. Each cardholder can only tap into this deal once, with redemptions capped at 600 units on a first-come first-served basis.

If you do manage to win it, the reward will be credited into your Shopee account after the transaction is completed. Shopee also highlighted that the voucher won is not stackable with other promotions or vouchers, except for seller vouchers. Additionally, it cannot be used to purchase selected items, including baby products as well as food and supplements.

Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet

RM30 cashback (minimum top-up RM500)

Finally, Citi credit cardholders can earn RM30 cashback (in the form of a TNG eWallet reload) when they top-up at least RM500 into their TNG eWallet (eWallet Balance). Also offered on a first-come first-served basis, it is limited to 600 redemptions throughout the offer period, with each cardholder only eligible for one redemption.

Those who manage to win will receive their cashback reward in their TNG eWallet account within 14 working days after the end of the campaign period.

For those who are not aware, these e-wallet reload deals by Citi are recurring promos that are offered fairly frequently; for instance, it previously made an appearance as part of Citi’s larger CitiCyberSale event in March, July, and September 2022. As usual, these latest e-wallet top-up deals for Citi’s 10.10 Deals are also complemented by other e-commerce and online shopping promos, including online food and grocery deliveries, dining, and shopping – so make sure to tap into them if they appeal to you!
