Latest CitiCyberSale Campaign Offers Rebates And Rewards On E-Commerce Purchases, E-Wallet Top-Ups

Citibank is set to kick off its CitiCyberSale event soon, running from 26 March (that’s tomorrow!) to 4 April 2022. As you can expect, there will be plenty of promotions available, and one of the deals worth tapping into this time round is the CitiCyberSale Super Deals.

There are two categories of deals that eligible Citi cardholders can enjoy via this particular promotion: e-commerce deals (rebates when you shop on selected e-commerce platforms), as well as e-wallet reload deals (cashback, vouchers, or loyalty points when you reload specific e-wallets).

CitiCyberSale: E-Commerce Deals

Lazada: RM30 or RM25 off (min spend RM200)

Period: 27 – 29 March 2022

For Citi cardholders shopping on Lazada, there are two promos that you can take advantage of, depending on which card you are using for payment during the checkout process:

To enjoy these rebates, you will first need to collect the vouchers for it, which will be made available at 12am, 4pm, and 8pm each campaign day. Once collected, you can then use them when paying for your purchases on the Lazada app during the campaign period; the vouchers will be automatically applied at the checkout payment page (product exclusions apply).

You will also be happy to know that these vouchers can be stacked with other brand, seller, and Lazada campaign collectible vouchers – thereby letting you enjoy even more substantial discounts! Note that each customer is only allowed one redemption of the voucher.

Shopee: RM18 off (min spend RM150)

Period: 4 April 2022

Enjoy RM18 off with a minimum spend of RM150 in a single transaction when you use any Citi cards to pay for your purchases on the Shopee app. Like the deals for Lazada, you’ll also have to collect the required voucher in order to tap into this discount, after which it can be applied during the checkout process.

Do be aware as well that this discount is only applicable for purchases made from Shopee Mall and Preferred sellers only, and is not valid for products such as baby diapers, food and supplements, top-ups, ticket and vouchers, as well as ShopeeMart’s Milo. Also, the promotion is provided on a first-come first-served basis, capped at 2,000 redemptions.

Zalora: 24% off + 4% cashback (min spend RM200)

Period: 26 – 31 March 2022

Citi debit and credit cardholders who spend a minimum of RM200 on Zalora will be entitled to a rebate of 24%, as well as 4% cashback during the campaign period. Note, though, that the 4% cashback reward is capped at RM80 per transaction, which will be credited back to your Zalora Wallet.

Be sure to apply the promo code (“CITIZBDAY”) when paying at the checkout page to enjoy the discount!

CitiCyberSale: E-Wallet Top-Up Deals

Lazada Wallet: RM18 cashback (min reload RM200)

Period: 26 March – 4 April 2022

Citi credit cardholders who top up a minimum of RM200 into their Lazada Wallet during the campaign period will be entitled to a cashback reward of RM18. If you do win the cashback reward, it’ll be credited into your Lazada Wallet within 30 days from the successful transaction.

Note that the cashback reward has a validity period of 60 days from the date it is credited into your Wallet, so make sure to use it before it expires! To apply the cashback reward for future purchases on Lazada, you will need to activate and choose Lazada Wallet as your payment option.

Citi and Lazada have allocated a total of 2,000 redemptions for this deal, provided on a first-come first-served basis.

GrabPay: : RM18 GrabFood voucher (min reload RM500)

Period: 26 March – 4 April 2022

Top up a minimum of RM500 into GrabPay using your Citi credit card, and earn a GrabFood voucher worth RM18! The offer is limited to one redemption per customer per round, and is capped at a maximum of 2,000 redemptions on a first-come first-served basis.

The GrabFood vouchers have a validity period of 45 days from the issuance date, and there are conditions to use them, so make sure to check! For instance, you are required to spend a minimum of RM40 in order to utilise the GrabFood voucher (excluding delivery fees), and you must make your payments via Citi cards, GrabPay, or PayLater by Grab.

Touch ‘n Go (TNG) eWallet: RM18 cashback (min reload RM500)

Period: 26 March – 4 April 2022

Earn RM18 cashback when you use your Citi credit card to reload a minimum of RM500 into your TNG eWallet. All cardholders are limited to one cashback redemption per credit card, with a total of RM36,000 to be given away on a first-come first-served basis (2,000 redemptions).

If you do win, the cashback reward will be credited into your TNG eWallet account within 10 working days from the transaction date.

Boost: 7,000 Boost Stars (min reload RM300)

Period: 26 March – 4 April 2022

Eligible Citi credit cardholders who top up a minimum of RM300 into their Boost e-wallet using their cards will be entitled to 7,000 Boost Stars. Also offered on a first-come first-served basis, the reward is limited to the first 1,000 transactions, and each customer can only it once.

Customers who manage to win the Boost Stars will receive their reward in their BoostUP account (found in the Boost app) by 30 April 2022.
