ShopeePay is now offering an attractive 3% coins cashback for all DuitNow QR payments, capped at 300 coins per transaction. The coins will be credited to the user’s Shopee account, and can be used to offset future Shopee purchases.

Having been one of the earliest participants in the DuitNow QR ecosystem since December 2020, ShopeePay is now widely available in physical retail outlets throughout the country. The new 3% coins cashback promotion started from New Year’s Day, and Shopee has not given any end date for this campaign.

Interestingly, the coins cashback reward is applicable when you scan any DuitNow QR code, including those from other e-wallets and banks, as long as you pay using ShopeePay. Note that there is a limit of 300 coins per transaction (effectively 3% for transactions of up to RM100), and a limit of 20 redemptions per day.

This will likely stack with ShopeePay’s generous offer of RM3 cashback with a minimum spend of RM15 for the first 10,000 ShopeePay transactions daily, as well as a huge selection of 1 sen vouchers for offline ShopeePay transactions.
