LHDN Service Counters Resume Normal Operating Hours Starting Today

Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) has announced that the service and payment counters at all LHDN premises will resume their normal operating hours starting from today.

According to a statement from LHDN, its service and payment counters across the country will now abide by the following schedule:

Tax service counters

Locations Operating hours
All states except for Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Johor Monday to Friday
8am – 5pm
Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Johor Sunday to Wednesday
8am – 5pmThursday
8am – 3.30pm

Stamp duty and government special assistance counters

Locations Operating hours
All states except for Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Johor Monday to Friday
8am – 5pm*
Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, and Johor Sunday to Wednesday
8am – 5pm*Thursday
8am – 3.30pm*

* Stamp duty counters will only accept payments between 8am to 12.00pm only.

Prior to this update, the operating hours for LHDN’s service and payment counters were set from 8am to 1pm, abiding by standard operating procedures (SOPs) established for the second movement control order (MCO 2.0).

With LHDN now resuming its normal operating hours once more, customers who visit its counters are advised to always obey the SOPs that have been put in place by the Health Ministry (KKM) and the National Security Council (MKN).

Lastly, the public can forward their enquiries and feedback to the LHDN via the Hasil Care Line at 03-8911 1000 (local) or 603-8911 1100 (overseas). You can also contact the agency on the HASiL Live Chat or through the online feedback form.
