“The Department understands the financial burden of the public during the movement control order (MCO) plus the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration. Hence to alleviate the burden, police will offer the discount on selected summonses,” said the director of the Federal Police Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department, Datuk Azisman Alias.

In the same statement, Datuk Azisman also mentioned that service counters at all state and district headquarters will now resume operation in stages. This is to enable the public to settle their summonses and to collect the documents for their road accident insurance claims. He further reminded visitors to observe the standard operating procedure for the ongoing conditional movement control order (CMCO).

PDRM had previously closed its service counters to comply with restrictions from the movement control order (MCO).

If you’d like to take this opportunity to settle any remaining outstanding traffic summonses, head on over to MyEG or RILEK.
