The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) is offering a discount of up to 50% on selected outstanding traffic summonses via an online summons payment campaign. Open to both individuals and companies, the campaign begins tomorrow and is slated to end on 18 July 2021.

According to a statement by the PDRM, the discount is applicable to traffic summonses that can be compounded, including those that fall under the blacklist category. It does not, however, cover cases that are mentioned in court, main offences that were committed in 2021, as well as heavy vehicle and exhaust modification offences. Here’s a full list of the offences that do not qualify for PDRM’s latest summons payment campaign:

Aside from that, the PDRM also reminded the public to register and carry out their payments through the MyBayar Saman website or mobile app as all summons payment counters are closed during the ongoing total lockdown period (FMCO). It highlighted as well that the MyBayar Saman mobile app has been upgraded to enable registrations and summons payments from companies and businesses.

If you have any outstanding traffic summonses to settle, head on over to the MyBayar Saman website here. Alternatively, you can download the MyBayar Saman mobile app from Google Play, the App Store, or the Huawei AppGallery.
