Bangsar Hill Park (BHP) has officially launched the show unit for Talisa, the second phase of BHP development, at the opening of its new property gallery located in KL Gateway Mall. Talisa itself is situated at the heart of Bangsar, within the vicinity of established malls and facilities, including Bangsar Shopping Centre, Pantai Medical Centre, and MidValley Shopping Centre.
Featuring a range of water-themed amenities that merge seamlessly with its facilities, Talisa comprises two blocks: 57-storey Block B with 410 units, and 55-storey Block C with 392 units. Offering homes with spacious layouts that range from 917 sq ft. to 1,478 sq ft, residents can opt for a 2-bedroom or 3+1-bedroom unit, which comes with a balcony and a master bathroom equipped with a rejuvenating bathtub. Price-wise, the units have a starting price of RM914,000.
Residents will be able to enjoy a sense of peace and security, as each floor only accommodates 8 units. The residential towers also feature a pet-friendly rooftop for residents to play and relax with their furry companions. Other available amenities include an Olympic-length swimming pool and kids pool, sauna and steam room, gym, as well as co-working spaces.
Another selling point for the development is its commitment to sustainability. The condominium incorporates energy and water-efficient elements, such as electric vehicle chargers, energy-efficient air-conditioners and the use of drought-tolerant plants, allowing BHP to obtain a provisional GreenREsilver rating for Talisa.
Chief Project Officer, Wong Chiew Meng revealed the project’s intention to design a purely residential condominium to complement commercial aspects in the vicinity. “Bangsar Hill Park appeals to a diverse range of discerning buyers – captivating the aspirations of young individuals to families in their 20s to 40s, providing a haven for empty nesters seeking refined serenity, and presenting a timeless investment opportunity for both local and international investors,” said Wong.
The grand opening of BHP’s new property gallery and launch of Talisa new show unit drew over 800 visitors; it featured a plethora of activities including a world-class lion dance by Khuan Loke, talks by EdgeProp managing director and feng shui master Alvin Teoh, a mini-rabbit park and petting zoo corner, as well as workshops and other engaging activities by Concord College International School.
Individuals who are interested in Talisa can visit BHP’s new property gallery in KL Gateway Mall, open daily from 10 am to 9 pm. You can also call 011-2611 2281 or visit BHP’s official website for more information.
