Trinity Group has recently unveiled Trinity Sensoria, its latest residential development in Beverly Heights, Ampang North, incorporating a comprehensive Five-Tier Protection System aimed at prioritising wellness and safety for its residents.
The 29-storey condominium, a joint venture with Singapore-based Oxley Holdings Ltd, spans 6.1 acres of freehold land. It offers 737 units with sizes ranging from 1,008 sq. ft. to 2,591 sq. ft., priced from RM608,000. The project targets families, professionals, and first-time buyers seeking a well-balanced urban lifestyle within a secure environment.
Strategically located 10km from Kuala Lumpur’s city centre, Trinity Sensoria is well-connected via major highways such as the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), DUKE, and AKLEH. The area is surrounded by conveniences such as the Sri Rampai LRT station, Melawati Mall, Wangsa Walk, and Fairview International School, ensuring residents have access to essential services and leisure options.
Trinity Sensoria’s Five-Tier Protection System takes a holistic approach to well-being, encompassing contactless technology for safety, wellness-oriented design, physical amenities like a gym and infinity pool, social spaces such as an outdoor cinema and edible garden, and relaxation features like a Himalayan salt sauna.
This system is inspired by the success of Trinity Wellnessa, a neighbouring project with a RM315 million GDV and a 99% uptake since its 2021 launch. Wellnessa’s triple protection system revealed Malaysians’ growing focus on holistic wellness, encompassing physical, mental, and social well-being.
At the event, Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat, Founder and Managing Director of Trinity Group, shared, “Based on our success with Trinity Wellnessa, we understand that Malaysians now have a better awareness of wellness beyond just the physical aspect. They also appreciate the importance of mental and social well-being. Hence, we are thrilled to introduce Trinity Sensoria and its USP, the Five-Tier Protection System, which is the first of its kind in Malaysia.”

Trinity Sensoria also offers buyers added peace of mind through its Gold Assurance Programme, which includes:
These measures aim to reduce maintenance concerns and safeguard property value over time.
