AmBank has introduced a series of reward campaigns for AmOnline app users, offering cashback on DuitNow QR payments, rebates on telco bill payments and prepaid top-ups, as well as birthday rewards. The campaigns are open to new and existing eligible AmOnline users, with rewards available until 31 October or 31 December 2026, depending on the offer.

Earn Cashback On DuitNow QR Payments

If you use DuitNow QR to pay for your everyday purchases, you can earn 0.5% cashback on qualifying transactions made through the AmOnline app. Each transaction must be at least RM10, with cashback capped at RM5 per month. The campaign runs until 31 October 2026.

If you’re using DuitNow QR through the AmOnline app for the first time, you’ll also receive a one-off RM5 cashback when you complete three qualifying transactions of at least RM10 each within the same month. Eligible users will also stand a chance to win RM100 cash prizes in a lucky draw, while the top 10 spenders throughout the campaign will each receive RM500.

The campaign is open to new and existing retail customers with an eligible AmBank or AmBank Islamic Current or Savings Account who use the AmOnline app. Cashback will be credited within five weeks from the end of each month, subject to the campaign terms and conditions.

Earn Rebates On Telco Bill Payments

You can also earn 1% cashback when you pay eligible mobile, home internet or prepaid bills through the AmOnline app using FPX, JomPAY or the app’s prepaid top-up feature. Each payment must be at least RM30, with cashback capped at RM5 per month. This campaign runs from 1 July to 31 December 2026.

If it’s your first time paying a telco bill through the app, you’ll receive a one-off RM5 cashback on your first qualifying payment. Every eligible customer who qualifies for the campaign will also receive one lucky draw entry each month for a chance to win RM100 cashback, with 30 winners selected every month throughout the campaign.

Eligible payments include mobile postpaid bills, prepaid top-ups and home internet bills from participating providers, including Celcom, Digi, Maxis, Hotlink, TM Unifi, U Mobile, Yes, XOX, redONE, TIME Internet and webe Digital.

Birthday Rewards Through The AmOnline App

During your birthday month, you can also enjoy a special eFD/eTD-i rate and choose a birthday reward through the AmOnline app. While the birthday reward details vary, it’s another perk available to eligible app users alongside the cashback campaigns.

Whether you’re paying for everyday purchases or settling your monthly bills, using the AmOnline app for eligible transactions could help you earn cashback and rewards you might otherwise miss. Just remember that each campaign has its own eligibility requirements, cashback limits and campaign period.
