CIMB ATM, CDM Downtime Scheduled For 13 To 14 Sept

CIMB Bank has announced that several of its self-service terminals will be unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance on 13 and 14 September 2025. Customers are advised to plan their banking activities in advance to avoid disruption.

Services Affected

According to the notice, Automated Teller Machines (ATM and MEPS) and Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) will not be accessible during the maintenance window. Other services, including online and mobile banking, are not mentioned in the notice and are expected to operate as usual.

Maintenance Timetable

On Saturday, 13 September, the interruption will take place from 12:01 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. The following day, Sunday, 14 September, services will again be temporarily unavailable from 12:01 a.m. until 5:00 a.m.

CIMB said the routine maintenance is part of its ongoing efforts to keep banking systems secure, efficient, and reliable for customers.

The bank urged customers to make necessary arrangements in advance and expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience.
