According to a statement from the bank, its branches and Preferred Centres will now be operating by the following schedule:

Prior to this, CIMB had revised the banking hours for its branches to comply with movement control order (MCO) regulations. In the past month, many of CIMB’s branches in several states were operating only for limited hours, with most ending at 3.00pm.

Note, though, that the operating hours for branches located within shopping malls may differ, so the bank advises its customers to double-check before making a visit. You can do so at CIMB’s branch locator here. Aside from that, CIMB also encouraged its customers to use CIMB Clicks or BizChannel@CIMB for their daily banking needs.

If you’re in need of additional aid, however, you can call the bank’s contact centre at 03-62047788 (individuals), 1 300 885 300 (Preferred customers), or 1 300 888 828 (companies) to speak to a representative.

You can find out more about CIMB’s updated banking hours on the bank’s website.
