Between today until 1 January 2023, Public Bank will be running its PB Weekend Special Online Shopping with PB Mastercard Credit Card campaign. The promo allows eligible cardholders to earn 20% cashback on any qualifying online shopping transactions, provided they spend a minimum of RM150 for each of the transaction.

Open to all Public Bank and Public Islamic Bank Mastercard credit cardholders, the campaign accepts all online shopping transactions as qualifying transactions. Meanwhile, payments such as flexipay, balance transfer, auto-debits, recurring payments, as well as payments for utilities and charities are not eligible. Split qualified transactions are also not allowed, and will be disqualified for the campaign.

Note that the cashback that can be earned is capped at RM50 per cardholder each month, and will be provided on a first-come first-served basis. This means you can technically earn a maximum cashback of RM150 throughout the whole campaign period if you maximise the benefit of this promo. Public Bank has allocated a total of RM150,000 cashback to be awarded throughout the entire campaign period (capped at RM50,000 payout per month), so do hurry!

Cardholders who manage to earn the cashback will receive their rewards within four to eight weeks after the end of each tracking month. The payment will also be reflected in their credit card statements, itemised as “PB Weekend Special Online Shopping with PB Mastercard Credit Card”.

If you’re interested to join this campaign, you’ll need to register your participation first by sending an SMS (“PBBS<space>16-digit principal PB Mastercard credit card number”) to 66300. Those who have multiple credit cards will only need to register once, after which all your expenses on other cards will also be automatically tracked for this campaign.

Finally, do be aware that those who register to participate in this campaign will not be eligible for other ongoing Public Bank credit card promos as your transactions during this campaign period will be excluded from the other offers.
