Touch ‘n Go Digital Sdn. Bhd. has extended the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Visa Travel Card Cashback Campaign until 31 December 2026. The updated timeframe gives travellers a longer period to receive cashback on eligible overseas spending.
The campaign is effective from 15 October 2025 to 31 December 2026. Cashback is provided through a tiered structure and is applied to the full transaction amount once the minimum qualifying spend is met. A single purchase of RM2 or more earns 0.5% cashback. Transactions of RM150 or more qualify for a total rate of 1.5%, and transactions of RM300 or more earn 3%.
Cashback is credited after each completed eligible spend. If a transaction is refunded, cancelled, voided, or reversed, Touch ‘n Go Digital may adjust any previously credited amount.
Users also receive unlimited 1% cashback every Wednesday for overseas online purchases. The card includes one free international ATM withdrawal per month when at least one overseas in-store transaction is completed. The standard ATM withdrawal fee is RM10.
Usage of the Visa Travel Card has increased since launch, supported by payment acceptance abroad and competitive foreign exchange rates. Overseas card spend recorded a 2.5-times year-on-year rise as of October 2025. The card is used in various destinations, including Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Korea, and Taiwan.
International transactions are processed without markup fees, which may result in cost savings depending on prevailing exchange rates.
The card uses a numberless physical design to limit exposure to card detail theft. Users can lock or unlock the card at any time through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app and adjust usage settings based on their preferences while travelling.
Customer support is available through the in-app live chat from 7am to 10pm daily, including public holidays. Further information is available on TNG Digital’s website.
