RHB has introduced the Galaxy Campaign 2025, offering customers the chance to earn rewards such as RHB Loyalty Points, Samsung Galaxy devices, and travel vouchers. The campaign runs from 10 September until 31 December 2025 and is open to both new and existing RHB Premier and Non-Premier customers who invest in selected products during this period.
Organised by RHB Bank Berhad and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad, the campaign is open to individual customers who meet the eligibility requirements. Participation requires investments in qualifying products, which include Unit Trusts, Direct Bonds or Sukuk, and Structured Investments offered by RHB Bank. However, certain products such as close-ended funds, EPF and PRS investments, Bull ELI, and Dual Currency Investment are excluded from the campaign.
Those not eligible to participate include individuals below 18 years of age, employees of the RHB Banking Group and their immediate family members, as well as companies, partnerships, and non-profit organisations.
Customers who invest during the campaign period will be able to earn rewards tied to their investment amounts. Smaller qualifying amounts start with rewards such as RHB Loyalty Points, while higher-value investments unlock Samsung Galaxy devices, including the Bud 3, Watch Ultra, S25, and S25 Ultra. These rewards are limited in quantity and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
The campaign also rewards customers who commit to regular investments. Those who take up a Monthly Investment Plan with a minimum contribution of RM100 for three months, subject to a three per cent sales charge, will receive RHB Loyalty Points. This reward is available only to the first 100 customers who fulfil the requirement during the campaign period.
In addition to the rewards above, customers stand a chance to win travel vouchers through a lucky draw at the end of the campaign. Three winners will be selected through RHB’s randomised system. The grand prize is a travel voucher worth RM26,888, followed by a second prize worth RM16,888 and a third prize worth RM6,888. The number of entries depends on the investment amount and customer profile, with Premier customers and those investing in Islamic funds or monthly plans receiving additional entries.
Rewards will be distributed after the campaign ends. Loyalty points will be credited directly to customers’ accounts, while devices and travel vouchers will be delivered within the fulfilment period set by RHB.
