GXBank is introducing the Double Your Salary FlexiCredit Campaign, where customers have the chance to receive a cash reward equal to their net monthly salary. The campaign runs from 1 September 2025 to 31 October 2025, or until the total campaign reward cap is reached .
The campaign is open to GXBank customers with an active savings account and an approved FlexiCredit line.
To qualify for FlexiCredit, applicants must be Malaysian citizens with a MyKad, aged between 21 and 64. They must earn at least RM1,500 per month and be employed. Students, homemakers, and retirees are not eligible. Permanent employees of GXBank are also excluded .
Each week, one customer will be randomly selected to win a cash reward equal to their verified net monthly salary, with the amount capped at RM20,000. GXBank calculates the net salary using the income documents submitted during the FlexiCredit application process. The figure determined by GXBank is final and may differ from a customer’s current net income.
Entries are based on FlexiCredit drawdowns made during the campaign period. Every RM1,000 drawn gives 10 chances to win. For example, a drawdown of RM2,500 qualifies for 20 chances, while the extra RM500 does not contribute towards additional entries.
All eligible chances remain in the draw pool until the end of the campaign. This means that a drawdown made early in September continues to count towards the weekly draws through October, giving customers multiple opportunities to be selected.
GXBank may also offer a selected group of customers double the number of chances for their drawdowns. This is communicated directly by the bank, and the selection is entirely at GXBank’s discretion.
To earn entries, customers must make a minimum drawdown of RM1,000 with a tenure of at least 12 months. The FlexiCredit account must remain active during the campaign without early settlement or closure.
Drawdowns made outside the campaign period or with shorter tenures are not eligible. Customers must also answer a simple verification question from GXBank when contacted, or the reward will be forfeited .
Weekly winners will be announced on GXBank’s official channels. Winners will receive a verification call from the official hotline at +603 7498 3188. If a winner cannot be reached after six attempts within 72 hours, or fails verification, the prize will be forfeited with no replacement.
Confirmed rewards will be credited into the winner’s GX Savings Account within 21 business days after the announcement .
