Citibank has announced that it will no longer be offering the Friday 1-for-1 movie ticket benefit at all TGV Cinemas for the Citi Clear Card, starting from 1 April 2020.

Currently, the Citi Clear Card offers cinema privileges at both TGV Cinemas and GSC Cinemas, where you are entitled to a complimentary ticket when you purchase a movie ticket on Fridays. This offer applies only to over-the-counter purchases for TGV Cinemas, and online ticket purchases via website or mobile app for GSC Cinemas.

While the complimentary ticket offer is no longer available for TGV Cinemas, you can still continue to enjoy the Friday 1-for-1 movie ticket privilege with GSC Cinemas as that remains unchanged.

The Citi Clear Card is a favourite with many primarily because of its 1-for-1 complimentary benefits, offered for drinks at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf outlets (all weekdays) and at cinemas (Friday only).
