HSBC Bank is currently running its Foreign Currency Spend campaign, which allows eligible credit cardholders to enjoy 10% cashback on their foreign currency expenses in a month. This is provided they meet the equivalent minimum monthly spend requirement of RM3,500.

Set to run until 15 January 2024, all foreign currency transactions that are charged to your primary and supplementary HSBC credit cards will be treated as qualified expenses for this campaign. Note, though, that you can only win one monthly cashback reward during the whole promotion period (capped at RM500), to be provided on a first-come first-served basis. A total of 260 winners will be selected during each campaign month, as per the following schedule:

  • 15 November – 15 December 2023
  • 16 December 2023 – 15 January 2024

If you do manage to win, the cashback reward will be credited into your account within six to ten weeks after the end of the promotion period. The credited amount will also be reflected in your credit card statement.

Finally, no registration is required for you to participate in this HSBC Foreign Currency Spend campaign. Simply go ahead and perform the eligible transactions to start earning the cashback rewards offered!
