Public Bank is currently running its Weekend Special With PB Mastercard Credit Card campaign, which allows eligible credit cardholders to earn 30% cashback when they spend at least RM120 in a single transaction with selected merchants during the weekend. Already ongoing, it will continue until 25 September 2022.
Open to all Public Bank and Public Islamic Bank Mastercard credit cardholders – except for Public Bank Quantum Mastercard cardholders – this campaign is valid on every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. During these three days, you will be able to earn 30% cashback when you meet the minimum spend requirement via transactions at six selected merchants, namely:

All retail transactions with these merchants will qualify for the campaign. Meanwhile, transactions such as recurring payments, as well as payments for utilities, insurance, and charities do not qualify. Transactions that are already earning cashback or rebates under other ongoing campaigns are also excluded.
Note that the maximum cashback amount that can be earned by each cardholder during each campaign month is capped at RM50, provided on a first-come first-served basis. A total of RM150,000 has been earmarked for the entire campaign, with an allocation of RM50,000 per campaign month.
Upon earning the cashback reward, it will be credited to you within 5 to 8 weeks after the end of the campaign period. The amount will also be reflected in your credit card statement, itemised as “PB Weekend Special with PB Mastercard Credit Card”.
To join in the campaign, you’ll need to register your participation by sending an SMS (PBBS<space>16-digit principal PB Mastercard credit card number) to 66300. If you have several qualifying cards, you only need to register once; your expenses charged to the other cards will be automatically tracked for the campaign as well.
