Censof Holdings Berhad, a technology holdings company specialising in financial management software solutions, has announced the official launch of insureKU, Malaysia’s first fully digital, end-to-end insurance and takaful aggregator.

Developed by its subsidiary, Censof Maal Sdn Bhd, insureKU is intended to provide a streamlined platform for users to compare, review, and purchase a variety of insurance and takaful products. These include life and general insurance, travel coverage, and more.

Group Managing Director of Censof, Ameer Shaik Mydin, described the launch as a significant step forward in the group’s mission to empower Malaysians through innovative financial technologies. He emphasised that insureKU is not merely a digital channel for insurance, but a platform built to remove barriers, instil confidence, and enable informed decision-making in personal financial planning. He hailed the launch as a key milestone in Censof’s broader vision for financial empowerment.

Currently, the platform features travel insurance options, with plans underway to expand its offerings to other categories later this year. Initial insurance partners include Generali, TokioMarine, and Tune Protect. The service enables users to select, understand, and purchase their preferred travel insurance policy in under three minutes, offering both time and cost savings to consumers.

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of insureKU, Shadhana Sekaran, noted that the platform was built to demystify insurance and provide users with the clarity needed to feel in control of their financial decisions. With just a few clicks, consumers can compare policies from various providers, evaluate their options with improved transparency, and complete their purchase confidently on a single platform. The company’s ambition is to make insurance simpler and more accessible to all Malaysians.

Looking ahead, insureKU plans to introduce further enhancements, including multi-lingual support, a broader range of products, and personalised tools such as a Need Analysis Calculator and Financial Budget Calculator. These features will help users tailor their insurance decisions to better match their goals and financial circumstances, reinforcing the platform’s commitment to empowering individuals through technology.

Shadhana added that the launch is more than a service rollout, pointing out that it is a call to reimagine how Malaysians engage with insurance. By removing longstanding barriers, the company hopes to open the door for more people to secure their financial futures with greater confidence and ease.

To celebrate the launch, insureKU is offering limited edition merchandise to the first 100 customers who purchase travel insurance via the platform, adding a rewarding touch as Malaysians begin their journey towards smarter, more empowered insurance choices.
