LG Launches Latest Range Of OLED Evo TVs In Malaysia
Author Avatar

LG Malaysia has officially unveiled its latest-generation OLED evo TVs for the Malaysian market. Offering the widest range of models ever, the LG OLED evo TVs are available from 48” all the way to 88”, with prices starting from RM8,199.

LG has been at the forefront of OLED TV technologies and is the world’s leading OLED TV brand for nine consecutive years. For this year, LG has upgraded its range of 4K OLED TVs with various new features. Powered by the new Alpha 9 Gen 5 AI processor which leverages on deep learning capabilities, LG promises enhanced performance and sharper picture quality as well as a more immersive audio experience.

This builds upon the already solid foundations of what makes LG’s OLED TVs attractive: self-lit pixels that allow for perfect blacks and 100% colour volume, near-instantaneous response times for immersive gaming, and a razer-thin body that allows for unique aesthetic choices in the living room.

A new feature exclusive to the C2 and G2 series is Brightness Booster Max Technology, allowing the TVs to increase their peak brightness by 20% on the C2 and 30% on the G2, alleviating a common myth that OLED TVs are not as bright as conventional LED TVs.

For gamers, LG continues to offer the best TVs for gaming, with NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible and AMD Freesync Premium support. All four HDMI ports are HDMI 2.1 ports for next-gen console support, while variable refresh rate (VRR) up to 120Hz and automatic low-latency mode (ALLM) are all present. Combined, they make LG OLED TVs great for both PC and console gaming.

For the first time, the C2 mainstream range is also available in the widest screen size options, with five different sizes to choose from: 48” (the world’s smallest OLED TV), 55”, 65”, 77”, and 83”. Meanwhile, the premium G2 range is available in two screen sizes (65” and 77”), while the affordable A2 series is also available in two sizes (55” and 65”). Finally, there’s also the world’s biggest OLED TV: the LG Signature OLED 88” with 8K resolution.

The new LG A2, C2, and G2 OLED TV lineup are now available for purchase nationwide, with prices starting from RM8,199 for the 48” C2 all the way to a cool RM124,999 for the 88” 8K LG Signature OLED evo TV. In addition, LG is also offering up to RM1,500 in TNG eWallet credits for every purchase of LG OLED TVs as well as other home appliances as part of the ongoing Save More, Live Well campaign.
