alrajhi bank Malaysia is running the Shop-Pay-Win campaign from 15 April to 14 July 2026, giving debit cardholders and DuitNow QR users 1% cashback on qualifying payments plus entries into a grand draw with four prizes of RM5,000 each.
No registration is required. Eligible transactions are tracked automatically through the MY alrajhi app or the MyDebit Network.
The campaign runs across three monthly periods, each spanning roughly 30 days. Every successful debit card or DuitNow QR payment of at least RM30 to a local merchant earns 1% cashback and one draw entry within that period.
The 1% cashback is capped at RM20 per period, and this ceiling covers the combined total across both payment channels. If you use both your debit card and DuitNow QR within the same period, all transactions share one RM20 cap rather than each channel getting a separate one.
Cashback is credited the month after each period closes. The first period runs from 15 April to 14 May 2026, with cashback credited in June. The second covers 15 May to 14 June, credited in July, and the third runs from 15 June to 14 July, credited in August 2026.
If your alrajhi bank Malaysia debit card was activated from 15 April 2026 onwards, or if you have not made a debit card payment since 1 January 2026, your first qualifying transaction of at least RM30 earns an additional RM2 reward. The same applies to DuitNow QR users who have not made a successful QR payment since 1 January 2026, as well as new alrajhi bank Malaysia customers joining from 15 April.
If you qualify under both channels, the first-transaction reward adds up to RM4 in total. It is limited to the first 1,250 eligible participants per channel, so earlier transactions in the campaign period are more likely to receive it. This reward sits outside the ongoing 1% cashback and does not count towards the RM20 monthly cap.
Each qualifying transaction earns one entry into a grand draw. Four winners will each receive RM5,000, with the draw conducted after the campaign closes on 14 July 2026. Winners are expected to be announced on the alrajhi bank Malaysia website in August 2026.
Draw eligibility requires a minimum of 30 entries accumulated across the full campaign period. Entries from all three periods count towards this total, so the draw naturally favours those who transact consistently throughout the campaign rather than concentrating activity in a single month.
The cashback structure rewards regular card use more than occasional spending. If you make qualifying transactions across all three periods and hit the RM20 cap each time, the total cashback comes to RM60 over the campaign.
The RM20 cap per period means returns stop accruing once qualifying spend within that period reaches RM2,000. Transactions beyond that point still earn draw entries but no additional cashback.
Each transaction must meet the RM30 minimum individually. Purchases below that threshold do not earn cashback or draw entries regardless of how much has been spent overall. Transactions must also be made to local merchants, and the campaign has been reviewed for Shariah compliance. Any payment later found to be non-Shariah-compliant may be disqualified.
The 30-entry draw threshold across three months works out to roughly two to three eligible transactions per week. If you already use your debit card or DuitNow QR for everyday purchases, that number is likely to be reached in the normal course of spending.
