Author Avatar

Astro has rolled out a limited time promotion for selected Astro One packs, offering bundled access to live television and popular streaming apps under a single subscription. The promotion runs until 30 April 2026 and is open to new customers and existing subscribers who choose to upgrade.

The offers are positioned as a value focused option for households looking to manage entertainment spending while accessing sports, movies, series, and family content on one platform.

Promotional Prices For Astro One Packs

Under the promotion, the Astro One Sports Pack is priced at RM69.99 per month, reduced from the recommended retail price of RM99.99. The pack includes a complimentary Kids Pack worth RM9.90.

The Astro One Epic Pack is available at RM159.99 per month, compared with a recommended retail price of RM199.99. This pack includes access to eight popular streaming apps alongside Astro’s live TV channels and on demand content.

Eight Streaming Apps In One Platform

The Astro One Epic Pack brings together streaming apps such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video, iQIYI, and beIN Sports, alongside Astro’s own channels and content library.

Astro said the platform allows customers to move easily between live TV and streaming content without switching devices or managing multiple subscriptions.

Content Spans Sports, Movies, And Family Entertainment

Subscribers can access a broad mix of content across genres, including international series, Asian dramas, Astro Original productions, and live sports.

Sports coverage includes the Premier League 2025 to 2026 season and major Badminton World Federation tournaments, alongside family friendly and on demand viewing options.

Who Can Sign Up And How

The promotion is available to new customers signing up for the Astro One Sports Pack or Astro One Epic Pack. Existing Astro customers can also access the promotional pricing by upgrading their current subscription.

Customers can sign up or upgrade at Astro Authorised Exclusive Partners, Premium Kiosks, Mobile Booths, or by contacting Astro via WhatsApp or phone.

Installation And Device Details

Standard installation fees apply, with new customers charged RM50 and existing customers RM49. Plug and play installation is available at no additional cost.

Customers who already use an Ultra Box or Ulti Box can continue using their current device without needing a replacement or paying additional installation charges.

What This Means For Household Entertainment Spending

By bundling multiple streaming services with live television under one subscription, the Astro One packs offer households a clearer view of monthly entertainment costs.

For families already paying for several standalone streaming apps, a bundled option may simplify budgeting and reduce subscription management. However, overall value depends on how many of the included services are actively used, making it important for households to compare the promotional price against their current entertainment spending.
