PLUS Expands JustGO Toll System To Southern Region
Author Avatar

PLUS Malaysia Berhad has expanded its JustGO open toll payment system to six more toll plazas in the southern region, effective 10am today. The newly activated plazas are Mambau and Lukut on the Seremban-Port Dickson Highway, Kempas on the North-South Expressway, and Tanjung Kupang, Lima Kedai and Perling on the Second Link Expressway.

PLUS is one of several highway concessionaires participating in the JustGO platform, which uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology, described as the first open toll payment system of its kind in Malaysia’s highway industry.

Cameras Read Plates To Process Tolls

ANPR cameras scan your vehicle’s number plate as you pass through the toll plaza. The system then charges the toll payment to the card linked in your JustGO app. This means you can use any available lane at activated plazas, without needing to choose a lane based on your payment method.

To use JustGO, download the app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, register your vehicle, and link a payment card.

Nationwide Rollout Begins In August

JustGO was first introduced on the North-South Expressway through a public pilot at nine toll plazas between Hutan Kampung and Sungai Dua in January 2026. It was later expanded to Jitra on the North-South Expressway, and Lunas and Kubang Semang on the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway in June 2026.

PLUS said the latest activation in the southern region continues the expansion of JustGO across its highway network, ahead of a rollout to all PLUS-operated toll plazas from August 2026.

JustGO’s ANPR technology is also a step toward the government’s planned Multi-Lane Fast Flow (MLFF) system, which aims to let vehicles pass through toll points without stopping.
