Redeem E-Wallet Rewards With Rapid KL’s JomNaikFeeder 2.0 Campaign
Author Avatar

Commuters in the Klang Valley can now collect e-wallet rewards when using Rapid KL feeder buses under the #JomNaikFeeder 2.0 campaign. From 3 September to 30 November 2025, passengers who complete 20 rides can redeem RM5, while those who complete 30 rides can redeem RM10 via Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

The campaign is limited to 1,000 redemptions each month, and every completed journey counts as one entry.

Campaign Aims to Boost Feeder Bus Use

The initiative is designed to increase feeder bus ridership by 6.8% over the campaign period. It follows the success of the first #JomNaikFeeder campaign, which recorded a 5.5% rise in passenger numbers.

Feeder buses play a key role in connecting residential areas to MRT and LRT stations, acting as the first and last mile in the urban transport network.

Open to all Cashless Users

The campaign is open to all passengers using cashless payments, including holders of My50, MyCity, MyTourist, MyRapid Concession, and OKU Smile cards, as well as Touch ‘n Go cards.

To participate, passengers must register by scanning the QR code available on feeder buses. After registration, all journeys must be made using the same payment card or pass to count towards redemption.

Building Sustainable Mobility

Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, operator of Rapid KL, said the campaign is not only about offering incentives but also about embedding public transport use into daily routines.

By encouraging greater reliance on feeder buses, the initiative supports the government’s target of achieving a 40% public transport modal share by 2030 under the Ekonomi MADANI framework, while also contributing to reduced congestion and lower carbon emissions.

More information about the #JomNaikFeeder 2.0 campaign is available at Rapid KL’s website or via Rapid KL’s customer service at 03-7885 2585.
