Celcom is currently running a Free Internet Quota 2022 campaign which enhances its MEGA Lightning and Xpax postpaid plans with extra internet quota for a limited period of time. Ongoing until 31 October 2022, it is aimed at providing customers with the best value even as they continue to pay the same price for their telco package.

Specifically, MEGA Lightning customers will benefit from an additional 10GB of data, while Xpax postpaid customers will be offered twice the amount of the existing internet quota. Full details of the campaign are as follows:

MEGA Lightning postpaid plans: Additional 10GB data

Prior to this enhanced offering, the five Celcom MEGA Lightning plans – which are priced between RM80 to RM188 per month, depending on the plan – originally provided between 40GB to 120GB of data. On top of this special deal for MEGA Lightning postpaid customers, there is actually also an ongoing Merdeka campaign that lets you enjoy a rebate of 50% for each Family Line for six months (with a minimum of two Family Lines activated). This is applicable not only for MEGA Lightning postpaid customers, but also MEGA Unlimited postpaid customers.

Xpax Postpaid plans: Double the internet quota

Xpax Postpaid customers, on the other hand, will enjoy an offer that doubles the internet quota provided to them – on top of all the other existing perks that are already made available to them. With this, Celcom’s enhanced Xpax plans are as follows:

There is also an online Xpax promo that offers a rebate of RM30 (Xpax Postpaid 40) or RM60 (Xpax Postpaid 60) for new port-in and prepaid-to-postpaid-plan sign-ups. This is in addition to a free RM40 Lazada shopping voucher and additional 5GB signup internet quota.

The extra internet quota provided for MEGA Lightning and Xpax postpaid plans are applicable for both new and existing customers, although existing customers will need to opt in by sending an SMS with keywords to 28884:

Note, too, that the free data is only valid for 12 months, and you must maintain an active Celcom line throughout the entire period in order to be eligible for the campaign’s benefits.
