TM has made some major revisions to its Unifi fibre broadband plans across board for both home and business customers, effective immediately. Among other things, the prices of each plan have been reduced so that they are more affordable, with the most basic plan now being set at 100Mbps for regular customers – as opposed to the previous 30Mbps. There is also a free speed upgrade offered for existing customers.
With this latest update, the revised Unifi fibre broadband plans for home and business customers will now start at RM99 and RM129 per month (basic 100Mbps plan), respectively. This is then followed by the 300Mbps plan, 500Mbps plan, and two new individual top-speed plans for home customers, 1Gbps and 2Gbps. The 1Gbps and 2Gbps plans were previously only available to home customers as part of TM’s Unifi TV bundle plans; business customers, meanwhile, were able to sign up for individual 1Gbps and 2Gbps plans.
Here’s the table detailing the updated pricing for TM’s revised Unifi fibre broadband plans:
Customers | Plans | Previous pricing | Latest pricing |
Home customers | 100Mbps 300Mbps 500Mbps 1Gbps 2Gbps | RM129 per month RM149 per month RM209 per month N/A N/A | RM99 per month RM139 per month RM159 per month RM289 per month RM319 per month |

To celebrate the rollout of these revised plans, TM is offering a limited-time-only promo, where the price for the 100Mbps plan is further reduced to RM89 and RM99 per month for home and business customers, respectively. This deal will be available until further notice.
Meanwhile, the existing Rahmah Unifi 30Mbps plan (now priced at RM69 per month) will now only be made available to selected groups of customers. These include senior citizens, persons with disabilities, B40 households, as well as army, police, and coast guard veterans.
In addition to this, TM also said that it will be honouring its existing customers with a free speed upgrade as a token of gratitude for their continued support. More than three million customers will be automatically upgraded from their current fibre broadband plan to the next speed plan in phases over the next three months (until January 2024), so if you’re currently on the 30Mbps package, you’ll be upgraded to the 100Mbps plan – and so on:
TM further shared that it will continuously update all eligible customers on the status of the upgrade through email, SMS, and other official channels, but you can also log in to your Unifi Self Care portal to check. Alternatively, you can do a broadband speed test to try out your new speed as well.
Note that some customers may be required to change their equipment to enjoy this speed upgrade. In this case, TM will reach out to you to make enquiries, and you’ll have the option to make only a one-off payment for the device price, or refresh your existing contract to a new 24-month contract.
Do be aware that this free speed upgrade will not be applicable to customers who are on the Rahmah Unifi 30Mbps plan and the highest 2Gbps plan (although 2Gbps subscribers will be given a token of appreciation).
TM also announced the introduction of a new bundle package that combines a 100Mbps fibre line and an unlimited 4G + 5G Unifi mobile data plan, in addition to a free 5G smartphone. Priced at RM149 per month, this package will bind you to a 36-month contract.
