Public Bank Bhd has launched its latest premier banking programme, the Red Carpet Bank (RCB) Exclusives. The bank also announced two new RCB MasterCard Premier Debit Cards: the RCB Elite Debit Card and the RCB Gold Debit Card for RCB Exclusives clients.
The Red Carpet Banking is Public Bank’s premier banking programme which allows clients to enjoy privileges such as Premier ACE Account, well-equipped RCB centres, One Stop Banking Solutions with a range of banking products and services, VIP Points, and priority access at all Public Bank branches worldwide.
To commemorate the new RCB Exclusives programme, Public Bank will be offering incentives like the PB RCB Premier Fixed Deposit (FD)/Term Deposit-i Campaign, PB RCB Current and Savings Account (Casa) Campaign, RCB Membership Sign-Up Campaign, and the RCB Customer Referral Programme. For instance, RCB Exclusives clients will be able to enjoy interest/profit rates of up to 4.4% p.a. for a one-year placement with the FD/Term Deposit-i Campaign. RCB Exclusives clients will also receive sign-up gifts when they sign up for the Casa Campaign. Other gifts will be given to new clients.
Meanwhile, the RCB Mastercard Premier Debit Cards reward users with 5% cash back on online and overseas transactions by spending a minimum of RM100 per transaction. Cardholders also get complimentary access to Plaza Premium Lounge in Malaysia. Finally, new cardholders will get Bonus Activation Points of 8,000 to 10,000 VIP Points when you spend a minimum of RM1,000 on retail transactions.
Public Bank currently has seven RCB Centres across Federal Territories, Johor, and Melaka. It plans to expand RCB services across Malaysia next year in hopes to reach a wider high net-worth market and allow its customers to enjoy RCB incentives and privileges.
