How Do I Redeem My Traveloka Hotel Voucher?

  1. You will receive your Traveloka hotel voucher via the email that you have registered for the campaign

  2. To use the hotel voucher, you will need to download Traveloka mobile app and register an account with the same email address you’ve submitted during your application for the campaign.

  3. Search and make your hotel booking.

  4. Select payment method and complete your payment.

  5. Your RM50 discount will be reflected on the payment page (min transaction of RM250). As long as you’re logged in using the same email address, it will deduct from the amount that will be charged to you.

  6. After the booking is confirmed, you will receive a hotel voucher which will be sent to your Traveloka App and/or email address

    Can i use the voucher code for flight ticket within 30 days but the flight itself is scheduled after 30 days?

      You can travel according to your time after as long as you use the code to redeem your free flight within 30 days from the day you received the codes from us.

          I just received the gift yesterday evening (19 May 2018 @ 8.40pm) with many thanks.
          However, as i follow the instruction on YOUR FREE FLIGHT VOUCHER, once i key in the voucher code given is stated "THAT CODE IS INVALID".
          Calling your team this afternoon at 03 7890 0808, not even a ring come from it.
          Now I will email this issue.
