AmBank has partnered with Visa to hold its FIFA World Cup Kick2Win campaign, set to run between today until 31 August 2022. Through this promo, Visa credit cardholders will be able to win a grand prize – in the form of a trip to Qatar to watch the World Cup – as well as cashback prizes of between RM5 to RM1,000.

To participate, you’re required to spend a minimum of RM100 in a single retail transaction on your card, after which you’ll receive a unique link via an SMS. The link will then lead you to AmBank’s Kick2Win game; playing the game earns you a chance of winning the grand prize or a cashback reward (randomised value):

Note that eligible transactions for this campaign include both online and offline (contactless & PIN) retail payments, made solely for personal consumption (not for business purposes). Meanwhile, payments such as recurring transactions, monthly instalments under the AmFlexi-Pay programme/easy payment plan, and petrol purchases are excluded.

Aside from that, AmBank also clarified that each link that you receive will remain valid for an additional five days after the end of the campaign period. That said, do try play the game as soon as you can so you don’t miss out on any opportunities to win!

If you do win any cashback prizes, the reward will be credited into your account within six weeks from the end of each campaign month. The amount will also be reflected in your credit card statement.

As for grand prize winners, the bank will shortlist two eligible cardholders, and contact them via SMS within eight weeks from the end of the campaign period for a round of quiz. These selected individuals will then be confirmed as grand prize winners if they are able to answer the questions correctly within two days.

Finally, note that no registration is required for this campaign; eligible cardholders will be automatically enrolled once they meet the specified spend requirement.
