Bank Islam Visa Card-i Campaign Offers Chance To Watch FIFA World Cup 2026 Semi-Final
Author Avatar

If you already use your credit card for groceries, dining, or online shopping, your everyday spending could now translate into a chance to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026 semi-final.

Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad is running its Visa Card-i FIFA World Cup 2026 Campaign from 1 March 2026 to 30 April 2026, offering eligible cardmembers the opportunity to win match tickets, flights, and cash.

How Cardmembers Earn Entries

Throughout the two-month campaign period, eligible cardmembers earn entries based on retail spending.

For every RM200 spent, cardmembers receive eligibility units. New Bank Islam Visa FIFA World Cup 2026 Credit Card-i holders receive two eligibility units for every RM200 spent, while new and existing Bank Islam Visa Credit Card-i holders receive one eligibility unit for the same amount.

At the end of the campaign, one grand prize winner will receive two tickets to a FIFA World Cup 2026 semi-final match, two return flight tickets, and RM10,000 in cash.

All qualifying transactions are tracked automatically, and there is no need to register separately or submit any forms.

Limited Edition Merchandise For Early Spenders

In addition to the grand prize draw, 400 limited edition FIFA World Cup 2026 merchandise prizes are available to win

To qualify, new Bank Islam Visa FIFA World Cup 2026 Credit Card-i or Debit Card-i holders must accumulate RM3,000 in retail spending during the campaign period. The first 200 eligible cardmembers under each product category will receive the merchandise.

Each eligible cardmember can receive only one prize throughout the campaign.

Eligibility Conditions To Note

The campaign is open to new and existing Bank Islam Visa Card-i cardmembers. However, supplementary cardmembers and Bank Islam Visa Infinite Business Credit Card-i holders are excluded.

Cardmembers who cancel their card during the campaign period, or before winners are announced and prizes delivered, will be disqualified.

Spending Automatically Becomes A Prize Entry

For cardholders who already use their Visa Card-i for groceries, dining, or online purchases, the campaign links routine spending to a prize opportunity without requiring additional registration.

Entries are calculated based on cumulative retail spending during the campaign period, meaning higher total spending results in more entries in the draw and statistically improves the chance of selection. The final outcome, however, remains subject to the bank’s winner selection process.

All qualifying transactions continue to be governed by the card’s existing profit rates, fees, and repayment terms. Participation in the campaign does not alter how the credit facility operates, and any outstanding balances will incur charges according to the card agreement.

For consumers, the practical consideration is whether spending reflects planned expenses within an existing budget, rather than additional purchases made solely to increase entries.
