Book UOB Visa Infinite Airport Transfers Instantly via Grab
Author Avatar

UOB Visa Infinite Card‘s complimentary airport transfer benefit has been updated to include instant bookings via the Grab app, effective 18 May 2026. The number of complimentary rides per calendar year and the minimum spend requirement remain unchanged.

Grab App Booking Added As A New Option

To book via Grab, enter the promo code “VIKLIA” when requesting your ride through the app. This instant-booking option sits alongside the existing Visa Infinite Concierge channel, which remains available for cardholders who prefer to arrange transfers by phone or email.

You’re entitled to up to 12 complimentary rides per calendar year, and each redemption requires a minimum spend of RM5,000 on airlines, hotels, or travel agencies within the preceding 30 days. Pickup is available from Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Ampang, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya, with transfers going to KLIA Terminal 1 or KLIA Terminal 2.

A Faster Way To Claim A Benefit You Already Have

The Grab option reduces how much advance planning is needed. Arranging a transfer through the concierge typically requires calling ahead, which can be inconvenient if your departure timing shifts or your plans change close to travel. With Grab, you can request the ride closer to when you actually need it, without going through a separate booking process.
